The “pandemic within the pandemic” is that during Covid, women around the world have suffered disproporti0nately to men, particularly in areas where gender inequality is culturally ingrained. Though these women missed out on the education their daughters are afforded through Hands in Outreach http://handsinoutreach.org/ they are learning about Nepali women’s rights in this workshop held in 2019.
