Hands in Outreach‘s Be Part of Her Dream Women’s education program is a strong social support system that offers mothers of HIO sponsored girls’ access to free education. As a result, poor marginalized women in the Balkhu Slum of Nepal, gain legal rights, are empowered with a small increase in financial security and independence and live with dignity and purpose.
