We help @PardadaPardadi.org educate girls in rural, conservative Uttar Pradesh. In this region, there are just 90 females per 100 males.
A literacy gap reinforces the problem. 56% of females are literate, compared to 81% of males. The school educates 1400 female students, with 100% of them passing their national exams in 10th and 12th grades. Many have attended college and moved into professional jobs.
