Rolls and Iced Tea
Mixed Greens with Strawberries, Pecans, Feta

– Glazed salmon, charred asparagus, couscous
– Cali-Grilled Chicken Ciabatta with julienned vegetables
– Vegetarian Portobello mushroom stack with tomato, mozzarella, and pesto drizzle

Flourless chocolate cake or white Italian cream cake

$85 per seat (includes cost only; no contribution to Gendap)
