Her four children are all in school: Leyner 18 who is in his second year at UNAN in Banking and Finance, sixteen year old Eyner who is in fifth grade, thirteen year old Jeyling in the 9th grade and Lady, who is twelve years of age and in the 8th grade.
Juana says, "I thank god that Viviendas Leon was there to support my effort to get ahead and to improve the economic situation of my home and support the studies of my four children. My life has changed. I am very grateful and hope this project will continue to grow."
Juana, together with other women from the Goyena Sewing Company (a Viviendas Leon initiative), made baby booties for the Gendercide Awareness Project.
